Fromis 9
Fromis 9 (; stylized in snake case) is a South Korean girl group. The group consists of five members: Song Ha-young, Park Ji-won, Lee Chae-young, Lee Na-gyung, and Baek Ji-heon. Originally a nine-piece group, Jang Gyu-ri departed the group in July 2022, and Lee Sae-rom, Roh Ji-sun and Lee Seo-yeon departed in February 2025. Since their formation through the 2017 reality show ''Idol School (2017 TV series), Idol School'', the group has experienced multiple changes in management. They debuted on January 24, 2018, with the release of the extended play (EP), ''To. Jang Gyu-ri (, born December 27, 1997) is a South Korean actress and former singer. She finished ninth in Mnet's girl group survival show '' Idol School'', becoming a member of the resulting girl group Fromis 9, but left after her contract expired with Pledis Entertainment in July 2022, and later transitioned to acting career. Lee Seo-yeon (, born January 22, 2000) is a South Korean singer. She is best known as a former member of the girl group Fromis 9. Early life and education Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea, and raised in Incheon, South Korea. She attended the School of Performing Arts Seoul before dropping out. At the age of 10, she joined YG Entertainment as a trainee. In 2011, she appeared in the music video for "Knock Out" by GD & TOP, marking her first public appearance in the K-pop industry.
