Deruxtecan
Deruxtecan is a chemical compound and a derivative of exatecan that acts as Topoisomerase inhibitor#Topoisomerase I inhibitors, topoisomerase I inhibitor. It is available linked to specific monoclonal antibody (antibody–drug conjugate), such as: * Trastuzumab deruxtecan.
