Esther De Lange
Esther M. R. de Lange (; born 19 February 1975) is a Dutch politician serving as a Member of the European Parliament since 2007. A member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), part of the European People's Party (EPP), she was elected as delegation leader in the European Parliament at a party conference on 2 November 2013 in Leeuwarden, a position she assumed the following year. In July 2014 she was elected as Vice President of the EPP Group in the European Parliament and in June 2018 as Vice President of the EPP Party. Paul de Lange (born 4 February 1981 in Beverwijk) is a Dutch footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Katwijk in the Dutch Tweede Divisie. Career De Lange started his career as a youth soccer player at local amateur club R.K. v.v. DEM Beverwijk, before making the move to the youth department of Telstar. He made his debut in professional football at age 19, on 19 August 2000 in the Eerste Divisie match against Excelsior, coming on as a 90th-minute substitute for Melvin Holwijn. Philip de Lange (c. 1705 – 17 September 1766) was a leading Dutch-Danish architect who designed many different types of building in various styles including Dutch Baroque and Rococo. Early life and family Philip de Lange was probably born near Strasbourg and was trained as a mason in the Netherlands. He arrived in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1729 where he quickly gained a reputation as an architect and master builder. Achievements De Lange created a large number of works of various types including civil and military buildings, mansions, country houses, warehouses, factories, churches and parks. The Dutch Baroque influence in his early work can, for example, be seen in the premises he built for Ziegler, the pastry cook, at Nybrogade 12 (1732). Johannes Hendrik "Johnny" de Lange (born 15 January 1958) is a South African politician and lawyer who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly from 1994 to 2014. He served as Deputy Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development from 2004 to 2009 and before that, he chaired the Portfolio Committee on Justice from 1994 to 2004. Titia de Lange (born 11 November 1955, in Rotterdam) is the Director of the Anderson Center for Cancer Research, the Leon Hess professor and the head of Laboratory Cell Biology and Genetics at Rockefeller University.
