Commercial Minus Sign
The commercial minus sign is a typographical and mathematical symbol used in commercial and financial documents in some European languages, in specific contexts. Uralic Phonetic Alphabet

A code point, codepoint or code position is a particular position in a Table (database), table, where the position has been assigned a meaning.
