Blackberry Coalition
In German politics, a blackberry coalition (''German language, German'': Brombeerkoalition), also called a black–purple–red coalition or red–purple–black coalition, is a German governing coalition, governing coalition between the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU, party colour black), Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD, party colour red) and the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW, party colour purple). Landtag Of Thuringia
The Landtag of Thuringia is the parliament of the German federal state of Thuringia. It convenes in Erfurt and currently consists of 88 members from five parties. According to the free state's constitution, the primary functions of the Landtag are to pass laws, elect the Minister-President and control the government of Thuringia. Elections Elections are held every five years using the German Mixed-member proportional representation (MMP) system, with an election threshold of 5% vote share to receive any seats. Alliance 90/The Greens (, ), often simply referred to as Greens (, ), is a Green (politics), green political party in Germany. It was formed in 1993 by the merger of the Greens (formed in West Germany in 1980) and Alliance 90 (formed in East Germany in 1990).
