Kofi Amoa-Abban
Kofi Amoa-Abban is a Ghanaian Oil and Gas entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is best known as the founder and CEO of Rigworld Group, an oil services business with operations across West Africa. Early life Kofi Amoa-Abban was born in Tema, Ghana, the son of Kofi Amoa-Abban a Director at Textile company TTL, and Letitia Amoa-Abban a retail entrepreneur. Kofi Amoa-Abban attended Mfantsipim School in Cape Coast, Ghana. Kofi Amoa-Abban graduated from the University of Ghana with a degree in Psychology and subsequently pursued a master's degree at Oslo University. Managing career In 2011, Kofi Amoa-Abban started Rigworld from a small office in Osu, Accra, Osu, Accra providing recruitment services to the burgeoning oil and gas industry in Ghana. Kwaku Amoa-Awuah
Kwaku Amoa-Awuah (14 July 1926 – 23 January 2015), also known by the name Kwaku Manu, was a Ghanaian politician in the first republic. He was the member of parliament for the Akim Abuakwa East constituency from 1954 to 1965. In 1965, he became the member of parliament representing the Suhum (Ghana parliament constituency) constituency and the Minister for Labour. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he served as deputy minister in various ministries. During the fourth republic he was made chairman of the council elders of the Convention People's Party, a post he held until December 2014. Early life and education Amoa-Awuah was born on 14 July 1926 at Larteh-Akwapim in the Eastern Region of Ghana (then Gold Coast). His parents were then living in Suhum, and raised him there. Amoa Lolesio Tausilia (born 24 August 1922) was a Western Samoan chief and politician. He served as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly from 1961 to 1967 and as Minister of Education and Minister of Justice from between 1970 and 1973.
