Bird (The Dumping Ground Character)
This is a list of characters that were introduced in CBBC's ''The Dumping Ground''. The series was based on ''The Story of Tracy Beaker'' by Jacqueline Wilson. It has aired from 2013 to 2025 and has aired thirteen seasons. The series follows ''The Story of Tracy Beaker'' which ran for five series from 2002 to 2005, and ''Tracy Beaker Returns'' which ran for three series from 2010 to 2012. Connor Byrne has played the role of Mike Milligan for all four programmes, although he left in Series 7 Episode 24 to live with his family in Ireland. He returned in the last episode of the last season of The Beaker Girls. CBBC
CBBC is a British free-to-air Public service broadcasting in the United Kingdom, public broadcast children's television channel owned and operated by the BBC. It is also the brand used for all BBC content for children aged 6 to 12. Its sister channel, CBeebies, is aimed at children aged 6 and under. Annabelle Davis
Annabelle Davis (born 28 March 1997) is a British actress. She portrayed Sasha Bellman in the CBBC series ''The Dumping Ground'' from 2015 to 2022, and from 2023, she began to play Lacey Lloyd in the Channel 4 soap opera ''Hollyoaks''. She is the daughter of Warwick Davis and Samantha Davis. Early life and education Davis is the only daughter of Samantha Davis (née Burroughs) and actor Warwick Davis. She has a younger brother, born in 2003. She also had an older brother Lloyd, who died in infancy at nine days old. Davis inherited spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita from her father. The Dumping Ground (series 3)
The third series of the British children's television series ''The Dumping Ground'' began broadcasting on 16 January 2015 on CBBC and ended on 8 December 2015. The series follows the lives of the children living in the fictional children's care home of Ashdene Ridge, nicknamed by them "The Dumping Ground". It consists of twenty, thirty-minute episodes, airing in two halves in January and October 2015. It is the eleventh series in The Story of Tracy Beaker franchise. Cast All of the cast from the show's second series returned, with the exceptions of Daniel Pearson (actor), Daniel Pearson, who played Rick Barber, left in the series 2 finale.
