Zalzalaa En'buri Aun
''Zalzalaa En'buri Aun'' is a 2010 horror film written, produced and directed by Ahmed Nimal. Produced under Nims Films, the film stars Yoosuf Shafeeu, Sheela Najeeb and Mohamed Manik in pivotal roles. The film was released on 26 April 2010. It is a spin-off to Aslam Rasheed's horror classic film ''Zalzalaa'' (2000) starring, Ibrahim Wisan, Ali Shameel and Niuma Mohamed. The entire film is shot at B. Goidhoo. It took eight months to be completed and ready for release. Plot Ahmed Hamza (Yoosuf Shafeeu) visited an uninhabited island near B. Kamadhoo to develop a fish plant. To recruit a crew to work in the factory, Hamza went to Kamadhoo and met Shahana (Sheela Najeeb), a school-dropper with no ambition. Promising he will lead Shahana to a normal life, he asked for marriage approval from her father, Mohamed (Ahmed Nimal). Hamza and Shahana marries and moved in together. Ahmed Nimal
Ahmed Nimal is a Maldivian actor, director, editor, writer and producer. Early life Prior to acting in films, Nimal worked at Maldives Meteorological Service office. His interest in films and acting grew due to the influence of his colleagues including Easa Shareef and other friends who actively take part in theatre plays. Career Nimal made his career debut with ''Nufoozu'' (1984), an initiation by Shareef and his colleagues. Initially assigned to work behind the camera, Shareef requested him to star in the lead role of the film due to a date conflict of the original actor who was offered the role first. Afterwards, he started working as a full-time actor and led an organization "Dhivehi Harakaaiy Jamiyya" along with Shareef. Mohamed Abdul Ghanee
Mohamed Abdul Ghanee (born 15 April 1978), commonly known as Theyravaa is a Maldivian singer and songwriter. Early life and career Born to a musical family, Ghanee had no interest in music even when his siblings spend their time in jamming and singing. While studying at Madhrasathul Ifthithaah, he participated in the Inter-house singing competition, on a request by his elder brother. His performance was well noted by judges and received several prizes. The success was followed by his next performance, the song "Theyravaa" which caught the attention of a member from the local music band Zero Degree Atoll, who insisted him to perform a different version of the song in the ''Fannaanunge Muzikee Eid Show'' (1992). The version, which marks his first break in the industry, was loved by the audience and he was considered "a promising singer".
