Zack Werenski
Zachary Werenski (born July 19, 1997) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman and alternate captain for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League (NHL). Werenski was drafted eighth overall by the Blue Jackets in the 2015 NHL entry draft. Playing career Junior Werenski played in the 2009 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Detroit Belle Tire minor ice hockey team. He later trained with the USA Hockey National Team Development Program during the 2013–14 season. He finished second among team defensemen in scoring with seven goals and 20 assists in 47 games, despite missing time in November due to injury. College During his freshman season, at the University of Michigan, Werenski recorded nine goals and 16 assists. Kyle David Connor (born December 9, 1996) is an American professional ice hockey player for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League (NHL). Connor was drafted 17th overall by the Jets in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Early life Connor was born on December 9, 1996, in Clinton Township, Michigan, to parents Joe and Kathy. The 2016 Big Ten Conference Men's Ice Hockey Tournament was the third tournament in conference history played between March 17 and March 19, 2016 at Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The winner of the tournament was the Michigan Wolverines, who earned the Big Ten's automatic bid to the 2016 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Tournament. The American Hockey Coaches Association was formed in 1947 in Boston. Jacob Ryan Trouba (born February 26, 1994) is an American professional ice hockey defenceman, defenseman for the Anaheim Ducks of the National Hockey League (NHL). Trouba was drafted by the Winnipeg Jets in the first round, ninth overall, of the 2012 NHL entry draft.
