You By Me
''You By Me'' is a series of split albums featuring Tomas Kalnoky, best known as the lead singer of Streetlight Manifesto. The first release, ''Vol. 1'', was released on November 16, 2010, through Kalnoky's Pentimento Music Company, with the second, ''Vol. 2'', released on August 12, 2014. Vol. 1 - with Dan P. ''You By Me: Vol. 1'' is a split album featuring Toh Kay (Tomas Kalnoky, of Streetlight Manifesto) and Dan P. (Dan Potthast, of MU330). It was released on November 16, 2010, through Kalnoky's Pentimento Music Company. The album features Kalnoky covering five songs written by Potthast (four being covers of Potthast's solo work, and one originally by MU330), and Potthast covering five Streetlight Manifesto songs, all written by Kalnoky. Some songs are radically reworked from their original versions, both lyrically and musically. Tomas Kalnoky
Tomas Kalnoky (born December 24, 1980) is a Czechoslovakia-born American musician. He is the lead singer/guitarist and songwriter of the bands Streetlight Manifesto and Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution, and goes by the pseudonym Toh Kay as a solo performer. He is the former lead singer/guitarist for 3rd-wave ska band Catch 22, but left the band after making only one album (their debut, ''Keasbey Nights'') to attend Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia, for visual art. According to the booklet of ''Somewhere in the Between'', Kalnoky attended Rutgers University. He is the owner of Pentimento Music Company, a record company. Streetlight Manifesto
Streetlight Manifesto is an American ska punk band from New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States, formed in 2002. They released their first album, '' Everything Goes Numb'', which was distributed by Victory Records, on August 26, 2003. The band headlined and sold out their first concert at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey on December 9, 2003. Several of Streetlight Manifesto's members were well known in the New Jersey third wave ska community for their roles in past ska punk bands from that area, primarily Kalnoky's Catch 22 and fellow New Jersey band One Cool Guy. Split Album
A split album (or split) is a music album that includes tracks by two or more separate artists. There are also singles and EPs of the same variety, which are often called "split singles" and "split EPs" respectively. Split albums differ from " various artists" compilation albums in that they generally include several tracks of each artist, or few artists with one or two tracks each, instead of multiple artists with only one or two tracks each. Dan Potthast
MU330 are an American ska punk band from St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Formed by students of St. Louis University High School in 1988, MU330 played a self-described brand of music called "Psycho Ska", high energy ska punk marked by manic performances and humorous, often strange lyricism. Since 1997, however, the band's musical direction has shifted towards a more melodic and lyric-driven ska/indie rock sound, a combination that's been described as "Weezer meets The Specials". Dan Potthast (guitar/vocals), Ted Moll (drums), Chris Diebold (bass) and Robert Bell (trombone) have remained with MU330 since the band's inception, while trombonist Gerry Lundquist has been a member for over two decades. Folk Music

Acoustic Music
Acoustic music is music that solely or primarily uses instruments that produce sound through acoustic means, as opposed to electric or electronic means. ''Streetlight Lullabies'' is a full-length studio album by Toh Kay (Tomas Kalnoky, of Streetlight Manifesto), released November 22, 2011. The album features 10 acoustic solo versions of Streetlight Manifesto songs. The album's cover art previously appeared on the back cover of the booklet for ''Everything Goes Numb''. Track listing Reception The album has received positive reviews, with many critics commenting positively on Kalnoky's skill as a guitarist and ability to keep the songs interesting despite the simplicity of the instrumentation. ''Everything Goes Numb'' is the debut studio album by American ska punk band Streetlight Manifesto, released on August 26, 2003. It garnered critical acclaim, with critics commenting on the quality of the band's lyrics and their powerful energy. ''Somewhere in the Between'' is the third studio album by American ska punk band Streetlight Manifesto. Release In July and August 2007, Streetlight Manifesto supported Less Than Jake and Reel Big Fish on their co-headlining US tour. On August 23, 2007, the group revealed the name of their next album: ''Somewhere in the Between''. On September 7, the album was announced for release in two months' time, and the album's track listing and artwork was posted online. "We Will Fall Together" and "Down, Down, Down to Mephisto's Cafe" were released as a double A-side single in October, 2007. ''Somewhere in the Between'' was released on November 13, 2007; the band had been selling CD copies at one of their shows four days prior. Sycamore Smith
Sycamore Smith is the stage name of Marc Smith, a musician from Marquette, Michigan. Smith, formerly of ''The Muldoons'', has toured the United States with his comic brand of folk music, complete with derby hat, guitar, and gold-plated resonator kazoo. He is signed to the Pentimento Music Company.
