"You" is a song by Swedish electronic music duo Galantis. It was released on 1 April 2014 as the second single from their debut EP ''Galantis'' (2014). It was originally written for Britney Spears, entitled "I'll Remember You" for her eighth studio album ''Britney Jean'' but, for unknown reasons, was cut from the album and used by Galantis. The song contains uncredited vocals from Britney Spears in its chorus and Swedish singer Vincent Pontare in its verses, both modified with voice effects. Galantis is a Swedish electronic music act consisting of producer Christian "Bloodshy" Karlsson. Formerly, they were a duo, alongside rising musician Style of Eye, until he decided to part ways with the project shortly after their second album '' The Aviary'' in 2017. Ivan Gough (born 19 May 1969) is an Australian house music producer and DJ. His first release, a remix of Pendulums "I Need You" became an instant club anthem, being played by the likes of Paul Oakenfold and Pete Tong in the United Kingdom. He released various tracks throughout the late 1990s and was an influential producer in the Melbourne underground scene working with "Zero Tolerance" recordings running their CBD studio.
