Yianni Papoutsis
Yianni Papoutsis () is the co-founder and former Creative Director of the Meat chain of restaurants. He previously worked at the English National Ballet as a production technician. The business started as one of the first street food trucks in the UK, the Meat Wagon, and after teaming with Scott Collins and opening a pop-up restaurant, they opened thirteen restaurants, including twelve in the UK and one in Singapore which closed. He is now a consultant in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Biography Papoutsis was born in England, and during his childhood, he split his time between there and Greece. As a teenager he moved to Denmark to find work. Papoutsis worked for the English National Ballet for fifteen years as a production technician. Yianni Perkatis
Yianni Perkatis (born 8 March 1994) is an Australian soccer player who plays as a central midfielder for Mounties Wanderers in NSW League One. Club career In 2012, he made one appearance for National Premier Leagues NSW side Blacktown City. On 29 March 2013 Perkatis made his A-League debut for Western Sydney Wanderers against the Newcastle Jets FC, Newcastle Jets. On 13 May 2015 Perkatis was released from his contract with Western Sydney two weeks early to allow him to join Blacktown City. In June 2016, Perkatis joined Cypriot Second Division side Ethnikos Assia FC on a free transfer. After impressing with his limited opportunities in Cyprus, he was forced to depart the club over unpaid wages on the duration of his contract. In January 2017, Perkatis joined United Makati F.C., Global FC as AFC Champions League qualifications loomed. Johnny Bacolas (Greek: Γιάννης Μπάkολας; classical transcription ''Yiannis Bacolas'') (born March 3, 1969) is an American musician.
