The Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) is a trade union, labor union representing writers in film, television, radio, news, and online media. The WGAE and the Writers Guild of America West (WGAW), though independent entities, jointly brand themselves together as the Writers Guild of America (WGA), and cooperate on activities such as launching coordinated strike actions and administering the Writers Guild of America Awards. The WGAE is an affiliate of the AFL–CIO and the International Affiliation of Writers Guilds. Nancy Oliver (born February 8, 1955) is an American playwright and screenwriter who is best known for creating the 2022 miniseries Angelyne and her work on the successful TV series '' Six Feet Under.'' Robert Graysmith (born Robert Gray Smith; September 17, 1942) is an American true crime author and former cartoonist, known for authoring the 1986 book ''Zodiac'', based on his work on the Zodiac Killer case. Career Graysmith worked as a political cartoonist for the ''San Francisco Chronicle'' in 1969, when the Zodiac Killer case came to prominence. He attempted to decode letters written by the killer and became obsessed with the case over the next 13 years.
