Wrestling At The 1920 Summer Olympics – Men's Greco-Roman Middleweight
The men's Greco-Roman middleweight was a Greco-Roman wrestling event held as part of the Wrestling at the 1920 Summer Olympics programme. It was the third appearance of the event. Wrestling weight classes, Middleweight was the median category, including wrestlers weighing up to 75 kilograms. A total of 23 wrestlers from 12 nations competed in the event, which was held from August 16 to August 20, 1920. Sjur Johnsen (20 June 1891 – 2 October 1978) was a Norwegian wrestler and track and field athlete. Life and career Johnsen was born in Vik. He competed in wrestling at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp where he placed fourth in Greco-Roman middleweight, after losing the bronze match to Masa Perttilä.
