Wolf Man
In folklore, a werewolf (), or occasionally lycanthrope (; ; uk, Вовкулака, Vovkulaka), is an individual that can shapeshifting, shapeshift into a wolf (or, especially in modern film, a therianthropy, therianthropic mythological hybrid, hybrid wolf-like creature), either purposely or after being placed under a curse or affliction (often a bite or the occasional scratch from another werewolf) with the transformations occurring on the night of a full moon. Early sources for belief in this ability or affliction, called lycanthropy (), are Petronius (27–66) and Gervase of Tilbury (1150–1228). Marvin Arthur Wolfman (born May 13, 1946) is an American comic book and novelization writer. He worked on Marvel Comics's '' The Tomb of Dracula'', for which he and artist Gene Colan created the vampire-slayer Blade, and DC Comics's ''The New Teen Titans'' and the ''Crisis on Infinite Earths'' limited series with George Pérez. ''Wolfman'' is a text adventure video game released by CRL in 1988 for the Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC, and ZX Spectrum home computers. Plot After a heavy sleep the protagonist awakes to find his clothes ripped and bloody, yet no sign of injury to himself. Glancing through a window, he sees the body of a dead girl lying nearby, her throat has been torn out. He then realizes that he is in reality a werewolf, and must escape violent retribution by enraged villagers and somehow find a cure for his illness. After falling in love with a young woman named Nadia, the protagonist must rescue her when she is kidnapped while continuing to seek a cure for his lycanthropy. Alex "Wolfman" Story
Alex "Wolfman" Story (born November 27, 1974) is an American singer best known for being the lead vocalist of punk/metal bands Cancerslug (1999–present) and Doyle (2013–present). Story also performs as a solo artist under his own name, as well as in multiple side projects. Life and career Story was born in Decatur, Alabama. He is the founding member of rock/punk group Cancerslug, formed in 1999. He has recorded a dozen albums with this band that encountered various lineup changes before being a long-standing trio with members Mike Horgan on drums and Cassie Baher on bass. Vilmos Farkas (c. 1935 – January 10, 2016) was a Hungarian/Canadian professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, The Wolfman, his very name "Farkas" in Hungarian means 'wolf' A Concise Hungarian-English dictionary, Oxford, 1990, p. 277. He is best known for his appearances with the World Wide Wrestling Federation, Maple Leaf Wrestling and All Japan Pro Wrestling in the 1970s and 1980s. Early Days Vilmos "Willie" Farkas fled the Communist regime in Hungary, settling in Ontario with family in 1956. Farkas worked on a tobacco plantation before a chance meeting with Stu Hart (who convinced him to relocate to Calgary) to train for a career in professional wrestling. Peter Wolfe (born Peter Randall, 3 August 1968) also known as Wolfman, is an English musician, and songwriter, best known for his collaborations with Libertines and Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty. Bernard Wolfman (July 8, 1924 – August 20, 2011) was the Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Law School as well as its Gemmill Professor of Tax Law and Tax Policy, and the Fessenden Professor of Law at Harvard Law School.
