''Wir sind am Leben'' (We are alive) is the twelfth and final studio album by German pop duo Rosenstolz. Released in 2011 by Island Records, the album reached No. 1 in the German and Austrian albums charts and No. 3 in the Swiss albums chart. Rosenstolz
Rosenstolz () was a German Pop music, pop duo from Berlin that was active between 1991 and 2012 and had chart hits in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The duo consisted of singer AnNa R. and musician Peter Plate, who occasionally provided vocals. Rosenstolz achieved major chart success after the nineties, with five studio albums going to No. 1 in the GfK Entertainment, German albums chart. Although the duo split up to pursue separate music careers, they left open the possibility of a future reunion. AnNa R. passed away unexpectedly in March 2025. Scott William Matthew is a singer-songwriter born in Queensland, Australia. He was a member of alternative pop band Elva Snow (2001–2006), which he co-founded with Spencer Cobrin. Seeed is a German Hip hop music, hip hop, reggae and dancehall band based in Berlin. Founded in 1998, they have become well known in Germany and its neighboring countries. Musical style and lyrics Seeed consists of eleven band members, including three singers, a horn section and a DJ. Seeed is recognized for their catchy fusional mix of German hip hop, reggae and dancehall styles and their use of horns, which is unusual in contemporary popular music. Burnout (psychology)
The ICD-11 of the World Health Organization (WHO) describes occupational burnout as a work-related phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. According to the WHO, symptoms include "feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion; increased mental distance from one's job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job; and reduced professional efficacy." It is classified as an occupational phenomenon but is not recognized by the WHO as a medical or psychiatric condition.
