Willie Allen (racing Driver)
William A. Allen (born June 15, 1980) is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. He is the co-owner of Rackley W.A.R., a team that competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and in late model racing. Allen previously competed as a driver in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Truck Series (including a full season in 2007 where he won the Rookie of the Year award), and the ARCA Menards Series. Racing career Driving career Allen made his NASCAR debut in the Craftsman Truck Series in 2005, driving the No. 47 Chevrolet Silverado for Morgan-Dollar Motorsports in the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway, starting 21st and finishing sixth. Bon Aqua is an Unincorporated area#United States, unincorporated community in Hickman County, Tennessee, United States. Bon Aqua is located in northern Hickman County, south-southeast of Dickson, Tennessee, Dickson. It also covers parts of southeast Dickson county, and parts of western Williamson county. Bon Aqua has a post office with ZIP code 37025, which opened on March 5, 1842. The community was named for the "good water" of a nearby mineral spring. Remnants of the former mineral springs resort are preserved as the Bon Aqua Springs Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Stock car races in the ARCA Menards Series has been held at Daytona International Speedway as part of Speedweeks since 1964. The race, formally known as Daytona ARCA 200, is currently known for sponsorship reasons as the Chili's Ride the 'Dente 200. History In 1990, the race is mostly remembered of a series of accidents, including 1970 winner and 1976 Daytona 500 polesitter Ramo Stott rolling over in the middle of the track and causing a 10 car pile-up. As a result of a wreck late in the race, paramedic Mike Staley, while taking care of Kevin Gundaker, was injured after Bob Keselowski spun into Gundaker's car, thus striking him and tossing him into the air for several feet. The ARCA Menards Series is an American stock car racing, stock car series, the premier division of the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA). It is considered a minor, semi-professional league of stock car racing, used as a feeder series into the three national touring series of NASCAR, and hosts events at a variety of track types including superspeedways, Road racing, road courses, and Dirt track racing, dirt tracks. Late Model stock car racing, also known as late model racing and late models, refers to a type of auto racing that involves purpose-built cars simultaneously racing against each other primarily on Oval track racing, oval tracks.
