''Why Not Me'' was recorded in a traditional acoustic format using only a handful of musicians. It contained a collection of ten tracks, including their previously released single, "Mama He's Crazy." It also included three singles that would become number one hits: the Why Not Me (The Judds song), title track, "Girls' Night Out (The Judds song), Girls' Night Out" and "Love Is Alive (The Judds song), Love Is Alive." Surfaces is an American music group based in College Station, Texas. Their music is a blend of surf music, jazz, soul, pop rock, hip hop, reggae, and calypso. They have released six studio albums. ''Why Not Me?'' is a 1999 political satire novel by Al Franken. Synopsis The book is made up of three different sections. First is Franken's autobiography, ''Daring to Lead''. Second is a campaign diary, following Franken and his campaign staff across the primary states of Iowa and New Hampshire. The final section, supposedly written by Bob Woodward, is a behind-the-scenes account of Franken's first hundred days as president, titled ''The Void''. There is also an epilogue, set several decades after the plot, giving historical perspective on the Franken presidency and Franken's post-presidential life.
