Warning (British Band)
Warning is a British doom metal band from Harlow, Essex. Founded in 1994 by vocalist, guitarist and songwriter Patrick Walker, the band released two albums and is regarded as highly influential on the doom metal sound. Following the band's breakup in 2009, Walker continued to release music with a new band 40 Watt Sun, which is now a solo project. Warning briefly reunited in 2017 to perform ''Watching from a Distance'' in its entirety at the Roadburn Festival, which was followed by a tour of the United States and Europe. History Warning was formed by Patrick Walker in 1994 with bassist John Sellings and drummer Stuart Springthorpe. The band released two demo tapes, Revelation Looms in February 1996 and Blessed by the Sabbath in March 1997, which led them to gain underground metal press attention and label interest. Harlow
Harlow is a town and local government district located in the west of Essex, England. Founded as a Planned community, new town in 1947, it is situated on the border with Hertfordshire, and occupies a large area of land on the south bank of the upper River Stort, Stort Valley, which has been made navigable through other towns and features a canal section near its watermill. Old Harlow is a historic village founded by the early medieval age and most of its high street buildings are early Victorian and residential, mostly protected by one of the Conservation Areas in the district. ''Decibel'' is a monthly heavy metal magazine published by the Philadelphia-based Red Flag Media since September 2004. It is currently the only monthly metal music magazine published in North America. Its sections include Upfront, Features, Reviews, Guest Columns and the Decibel Hall of Fame. Andrew O'Neill (born 14 September 1979) is a British comedian, musician, presenter, and writer who lives in London. Background Born in Portsmouth in 1979, O'Neill grew up in the London suburban town of Wallington, London, Wallington. They have two brothers, Steve and David. They did their first comedy performance at the age of ten, and started their stand-up career on 16 January 2002 at the Laughing Horse, London Borough of Camden, Camden. They have since gone on to perform in comedy clubs, theatres and music festivals throughout the UK, Australia, US and Europe.
