Volodymyr Hroysman
Volodymyr Borysovych Groysman (; born 20 January 1978) is a Ukrainian statesman, politician, and businessman. He served as the 16th Prime Minister of Ukraine from 14 April 2016, to 29 August 2019. From 2006 to 2014, he was the mayor of Vinnytsia and served as Vice-President of the Association of Ukrainian Cities on Housing and Communal Services (2010–2014). In 2014, he became the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Regional Development, Construction, and Communal Services (27 February to 2 December 2014). He was also the 12th Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (27 November 2014, to 14 April 2016), elected through the Petro Poroshenko Bloc list. Electoral history The party did not participate in the 2006 Ukrainian parliamentary elections, in the 2007 elections, the party failed as part of the All-Ukrainian Community to win parliamentary representation. During the 2010 Ukrainian local elections the party won representatives in municipalities and did particularly well in Poltava (winning 74% of the votes and it won the Mayoral election with 61% of the votes). European Solidarity (, ; , YeS) is a political party in Ukraine. It has its roots in a parliamentary group called Solidarity dating from 2000 and has existed since in various forms as a political outlet for Petro Poroshenko. The party with its then name Petro Poroshenko Bloc won 132 of the 423 contested seats in the 2014 Ukrainian parliamentary election, more than any other party.
