''Voice – Danmarks største stemme'' is a Danish reality singing competition, based on the original Dutch television program '' The Voice of Holland''. It started on November 26, 2011, and is currently airing on TV2. One of the important premises of the show is the quality of the singing talent. Four coaches, themselves popular performing artists, train the talents in their group and occasionally perform with them. Talents are selected in blind auditions, where the coaches cannot see, but only hear the auditioner. The show was canceled after two seasons in order to make way for a kids' version, known as ''Voice Junior''. Format The series consists of three phases: a blind audition, a battle phase, and live performance shows. Four judges/coaches, all noteworthy recording artists, choose teams of contestants through a blind audition process. John De Mol Jr
Johannes Hendrikus Hubert "John" de Mol Jr. is a Dutch media proprietor. De Mol is one of the men behind production companies Endemol and Talpa. He created the reality television formats '' Big Brother'', '' Star Academy'' and'' The Voice'', and the game shows ''Fear Factor'' and '' Deal or No Deal''. ''Forbes'' estimated him to be worth about US$1.8 billion in 2023. Endemol De Mol acquired his fortune producing television programmes. From 1997 to 1999, he developed the popular reality television series '' Big Brother'' with his production company, John de Mol Produkties. Oh Land
Nanna Øland Fabricius (born 2 May 1985), known professionally as Oh Land, is a Danish musician, singer, songwriter, and dancer. Early life Øland was born in Copenhagen, the daughter of Bendt Fabricius, an organist (not to be confused with the composer Bent Fabricius Bjerre), and Bodil Øland, an opera singer. She is the great-great-grandchild of Lutheran missionary and ethnographer Otto Fabricius, who published ''Fauna Groenlandica'' in 1780, the first zoological observations of Greenland. She is a former student of the Royal Danish and Royal Swedish Ballet schools. Her dancing career was ended by injury, a slipped disc and spinal fracture, which eventually led her to start making music. The Voice (franchise)
''The Voice'' is an international reality television singing competition franchise originally created by Dutch producer John de Mol Jr. and Dutch singer VanVelzen, Roel van Velzen. It has become a rival to the ''Idol (franchise), Idol'' franchise, ''The Four (franchise), The Four'', ''Rising Star (franchise), Rising Star'' and ''The X Factor''. The owner of the franchise was Talpa Network up until 2020 and ITV Studios ever since. Originating from the reality singing competition ''The Voice of Holland'', many other countries adapted the format and began airing their own versions starting in 2010. Up till now, seven different versions of ''The Voice'' have been produced by countries/regions all around the world. Some programs still stick to the original format of the show while most of them are produced with twists of the format added. Mette Lindberg
Mette Lindberg (born 2 December 1983) is a Danish vocalist for psychedelic pop group The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, paired with songwriter/producer Lars Iversen. Joey Moe
Joey Lanni Moe Lynghave (born 8 June 1985) is a Danish singer and producer. During his career, he has collaborated with a number of other Danish artists. Career Joey Moe graduated from Sankt Annae Gymnasium (high school) in 2004. In 1996, when he was only 10, he formed a boy band named Nothing Special with Theis Keller who later on became part of another Danish boy band, Fu:el, that took part in a Danish ''Popstar'' competition in 2003. After the dissolution of Nothing Special, Moe continued with music particularly alongside rapper Jinks, both eventually joining the Nexus Music record label owned by producers Jon & Jules and Nik & Jay. In 2009, he released a major dance single, "Yo-Yo", that reached No. 3 on the official Danish Singles Chart. The song also topped the dance charts for many months receiving platinum status.
