Vladimir Sviridov (army Officer)
Vladimir Georgyevich Sviridov (Russian: Владимир Георгиевич Свиридов; 13 October 1955 – November 2023) was a Russian army officer and the former Commander of the 6th Air and Air Defence Forces Army serving from 2005 to 2009, and was a Lieutenant General of Aviation. In November 2023, Svirodov was found dead with his wife and is part of the suspicious deaths during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Biography Vladimir Sviridov was born on 13 October 1955 in the city of Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol Krai. In 1975, he entered and in 1979 graduated from the Stavropol Higher Military Aviation School of Air Defense Pilots and Navigators. He continued his service as a pilot, senior pilot, aviation flight commander in the Far Eastern Military District, aviation flight commander, deputy squadron commander, and aviation squadron commander in the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany. Mineralnye Vody
Mineralnye Vody (Min-Vody) ( rus, Минеральные Воды (Мин-Воды), p=mʲɪnʲɪˈralʲnɨjə ˈvodɨ, mʲɪn ˈvodɨ; lit. ''mineral waters'') is a town in Stavropol Krai, Russia, located along the Kuma River and the main rail line between Rostov-on-Don in Russia and Baku in Azerbaijan. Population: History The town owes its birth to the construction of the Rostov-Vladikavkaz Railway, which was completed in 1875. In 1878, the village which developed around the construction was officially recognized and named Sultanovsky. In 1906 the name was changed to Illarionovsky, in honor of Count I. I. Vorontsov-Dashkov, a local nobleman. In October 1921, at the end of the civil war when Soviet rule had been established, the name was again changed to Mineralnye Vody and town status was granted. The Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation () is the senior staff college of the Russian Armed Forces. The academy is located in Moscow, on 14 Kholzunova Lane. It was founded in 1936 as a Soviet institution, based on higher command courses that had been established at the M. V. Carbon monoxide poisoning typically occurs from breathing in carbon monoxide (CO) at excessive levels. Symptoms are often described as " flu-like" and commonly include headache, dizziness, weakness, vomiting, chest pain, and confusion. Large exposures can result in loss of consciousness, arrhythmias, seizures, or death. The classically described "cherry red skin" rarely occurs.
