Aviva "Viv" Newton is a fictional character from the Australian television soap opera ''Home and Away'', played by Mouche Phillips. Viv Hope (also Dawson and Windsor) is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera '' Emmerdale''. Vivian Woodward was a Welsh professional footballer who played in the Football League for Fulham, Aldershot, Millwall and Brentford as an inside forward. He represented Wales in a wartime international match in 1941. Viv Thicknesse (1910–1986) was an Australian dual-code rugby half-back, a state representative in both rugby league and rugby union. His rugby league career was spent with the champion Eastern Suburbs sides of the 1930s and he represented Australia in that code in seven Tests.
