Usman Ododo
Ahmed Usman Ododo (born 7 February 1982) is a Nigerian accountant and politician who has served as the governor of Kogi State since 2024. He is a member of the All Progressives Congress. Before he was elected governor of Kogi state, he served as the auditor-general for local governments in Kogi State, overseeing the financial audit of local government councils in the state. Education and early career Ododo studied in the Department of Accountancy in the Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State, before proceeding for a Bachelors in Accounting at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and got his PhD from the University of Lagos.
