Unga Station
is a railway station on the Tobu Urban Park Line in Nagareyama, Chiba Japan, operated by the private railway operator Tobu Railway. Lines Unga Station is served by the Tobu Urban Park Line from in Saitama Prefecture to in Chiba Prefecture. It is 33.2 kilometers from the western terminus of the line at Ōmiya. An island platform (also center platform, centre platform) is a station layout arrangement where a single platform is positioned between two tracks within a railway station, tram stop or transitway interchange. Island platforms are popular on twin-track routes due to pragmatic and cost reasons.
