Under The Influence (radio Documentary Series)
''Under the Influence'' is a Canadian radio documentary series about marketing and advertising presented by former adman Terry O'Reilly. It premiered on January 7, 2012, on CBC Radio One and currently has over a million radio listeners per week as well as over 25 million podcast downloads. The series serves as a follow-up to two previous programs hosted by O'Reilly, '' O'Reilly on Advertising'' (2005) and '' The Age of Persuasion'' (2006–2011). While those shows focused primarily on advertising, this series focuses on marketing. CBC Radio One
CBC Radio One is the English-language news and information radio network of the publicly owned Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. It is commercial-free and offers local and national programming. It is available on AM and FM to 98 percent of Canadians and overseas over the Internet, and through mobile apps. CBC Radio One is simulcast across Canada on Bell Satellite TV satellite channels 956 and 953, and Shaw Direct satellite channel 870. A modified version of Radio One, with local content replaced by additional airings of national programming, is available on Sirius XM channel 169. Ian LeFeuvre is a Canadian musician, record producer, singer, and songwriter. Early career He was initially a member of the Ottawa alternative rock band Fun for Malakaï in the early 1990s, until the band broke up when drummer Peter von Althen moved to Toronto to join Skydiggers."Starling takes flight".
