''A Police Superintendent Accuses'' () is a 1974 Romanian crime drama film by Sergiu Nicolaescu and starring himself as Police Commissioner Tudor Moldovan. Sergiu Florin Nicolaescu (; 13 April 1930 – 3 January 2013) was a Romanian people, Romanian film director, actor and politician. During the 1930s, three notable death squads emerged from Romania's Iron Guard: the ''Nicadori'', the ''Decemviri'' and the ''Răzbunători''. Marin Moraru (; 31 January 1937 – 21 August 2016) was a Romanian stage, film and television actor. He graduated from the Caragiale Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1961. Moraru performed at the Youth Theatre (1961–1964), Comedy Theatre (1965–1968), Bulandra Theatre (1968–1971) and National Theatre (1971–1974). In 2009, he received the Gopo Award for Lifetime Achievement. Moraru died on the 21st of August, 2016 at 05:30 pm at the age of 79.
