Since November 2015, Ukrainian authorities, state agencies and local government authorities are forbidden to act as founders (or co-founders) of print media outlets. According to a law that went into effect on 16 January 2022, all print media in Ukraine must be published in the state language, Ukrainian, even if it is published simultaneously in another language, such as Russian. ''Peremoha'' ( Ukrainian: перемога, ) is a weekly independent newspaper published in Krasnopillia, Sumy Oblast, Ukraine. Operations ''Peremoha'' is published weekly, usually filling about eight pages. The paper is funded through "a few hundred" subscriptions and by grants and donations. The paper is printed in Vinnytsia and then transported to Kranopillia for distribution. In early 2022, the paper reported circulating 3,000 copies. By 2023, numbers had dropped to 1,500, as many subscribers left the area following the Russian invasion. As of May 2024, the paper was staffed by four people.
