UN Mission To Support The Hodeidah Agreement
The UN Mission to support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) is a civil observer mission initiated by the United Nations in Yemen. Beginning in January 2019, the mission consists of civic authorities personnel, military personnel, and the police. The headquarters of the UNMHA is at Al-Hudaydah, located on the west coast of Yemen. The UNMHA mandate is between the Yemeni government and the Houthi movement. Yemen

Al Hudaydah
Al-Hudaydah ( ar, الْحُدَيْدَة, al-ḥudayda), also transliterated as Hodeda, Hodeida, Hudaida or Hodeidah, is the fourth-largest city in Yemen and its principal port on the Red Sea. As of 2004, its population was 402,560 and it is the centre of the Al Hudaydah Governorate. History In the Islamic chronicles, the name Al-Hudaydah was first mentioned in the year 1454/55 and the city became a popular and important one in the 1520s when the Ottomans took over Yemeni Tihāmah. In 1830s, Al Hudaydah was controlled by Ibrahim Pasha's troops, which turned over its administration to sherif Husayn ibn Ali Haydar. In 1849, it became part of the Yemen Eyalet. Yemeni Government
The Cabinet of Yemen refers to the governing body of the internationally recognized Yemen government led by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Rashad al-Alimi who replaced former President of Yemen Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi on 7 April 2022 as the new President of Yemen. He then selected new cabinet members of the Yemeni Government. Houthi Movement
The Houthi movement (; ar, ٱلْحُوثِيُّون ''al-Ḥūthīyūn'' ), officially called Ansar Allah (' ''Partisans of God'' or ''Supporters of God'') and colloquially simply Houthis, is an Islamist political and armed movement that emerged from Saada in North Yemen in the 1990s. The Houthi movement is a predominately Zaidi Shia force, whose leadership is drawn largely from the Houthi tribe. Michael Beary
Michael Beary (born 1956) is a retired Irish Army Major general and former head of mission and force commander of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). Beary is the current leader of the UN Mission to Support the Hodeidah Agreement having retired from the military. Military career Beary was commissioned as an officer in the Irish Army Infantry Corps in 1975.
