Type 908 Replenishment Ship
''Qinghaihu'' is a replenishment oiler of the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN). Ukraine sold the incomplete ship in 1992 to the People's Republic of China, where it was completed and commissioned in 1996. In Chinese service, the ship was previously known as ''Nancang'' (953). The ship's class has the NATO reporting name Fusu. Design The superstructure is modified with a deckhouse forward of the bridge and a working area built over the fuel cargo tanks. The stern is sponsoned for the helicopter pad; a small hangar is also installed. There are four fuel and two solid store transfer stations. Refueling may be conducted from the stern. The Type 905 (NATO reporting name: ''Fuqing'') is a class of replenishment oiler (AOR) built for the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) by the People's Republic of China (PRC). They were the first ships built to perform underway replenishment in the PLAN. Four Type 905s were built. The three PLAN ships began entering service by the early 1980s. One was transferred to the Chinese merchant navy in 1989. The remainder were likely decommissioned by 2020. Chagan Lake ( zh, c=查干湖, p=chágān hú) is a lake in Jilin, China. The name "Chagan" is from Mongolian (, transliteration: , Cyrillic Mongolian: , transliteration MNS: ), meaning ''white / pure lake''). Hulun Lake
Hulun Lake (; ; ) or Dalai Lake (; ) is a large lake in the Inner Mongolia region of northern China. Description It is one of the five largest freshwater lakes in all of China, covering approximately 2,339 km2. In years with high precipitation, the normally exit−less endorheic lake may overflow at its northern shore, and the water will meet the Argun River (Ergune) after about . GH Turbine GT-25000
The GT-25000 is an industrial and marine gas turbine produced by CSIC Longjiang GH Gas Turbine Corporation, Ltd, a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Industry Company (CSIC). Development In 1993, China and Ukraine signed the UGT-25000 Gas Turbine Production License and Single Unit Sales Contract. Under the contract, Ukraine was to sell 10 units of the DA80 (export designation of the UGT25000) gas turbines to China as well as a transfer of related technologies and technical documentation. The funding from China in exchange for transfer of technology stopped the project from being cancelled by Ukraine. They were planned to be used on the PLA Navy's future warships such as the 052B and 052C destroyers.
