Giorgio Simonelli
Giorgio Simonelli (14 November 1901 Birth name: Giorgio Simonelli. – 3 October 1966), was an Italian film director, editor, screenwriter and journalist. Life and career Born in Rome, Simonelli got a high school diploma in business studies, and then started working as a journalist and as a film critic for the weekly magazines ''Avvenimento'' and ''Gente nostra''. In 1928, at 22, he made his directorial debut co-directing with Nicola Fausto Neroni ''Maratona'', and two years later he was among the screenwriters of the first Italian talking film, ''The Song of Love (1930 film), The Song of Love'' by Gennaro Righelli. Mimmo Poli (born Domenico Poli, April 11, 1920 – April 4, 1986) was an Italian film character actor. Career Poli was one of the best known and most active characters of Italian cinema; in his thirty-five-year career, he appeared in over 200 films. Ignazio Spalla (5 May 1924 – 9 February 1995), best known as Pedro Sanchez, was an Italian film actor. Biography Born in Siena, Spalla was mainly active in Spaghetti Westerns, usually playing roles of Mexicans, gunfighters and outlaws. His first roles of weight were in 1965, in Marino Girolami's ''Bullet in the Flesh'' and in Giorgio Ferroni's ''Blood for a Silver Dollar''. Vittorio Bonos
Luigi Bonos (1910–2000) was an Italian comedian and stage, television and film actor. He appeared in more than 70 films between 1945 and 1992. Born in Berlin, Germany, the son of two Hungarian circus artists, along with his brothers Vittorio (1908 - 1966) and Giovanni (1907-1956) Bonos formed a trio of comedians who met large success in the avanspettacolo and revue theater between the 1930s and 1940s. He made his film debut in 1951, and since then he appeared in dozens of comedy films, usually as a character actor. He died in 2000.
