Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center (commonly referred to as TCO Performance Center) is a 40-acre sports complex located in Eagan, Minnesota. Its main use is as the Minnesota Vikings' headquarters and practice facility. The facility includes a 6,000-seat outdoor stadium known as TCO Stadium, in addition to a fully-enclosed indoor practice field and several outdoor natural and synthetic turf practice fields. TCO Performance Center also features player position meeting rooms and team auditorium; expanded locker room, weight room and equipment facilities. Along with state of the art cardiovascular and specialized speed rooms, a hydrotherapy room, and post-workout recovery rooms; a broadcast studio and media center; and administrative offices for Vikings staff. Eagan ( ) is a city in Dakota County, Minnesota. It is south of Saint Paul and lies on the south bank of the Minnesota River, upstream from the confluence with the Mississippi River. Artificial turf is a surface of synthetic fibers made to look like natural grass. It is most often used in arenas for sports that were originally or are normally played on grass. However, it is now being used on residential lawns and commercial applications as well. The main reason is maintenanceartificial turf stands up to heavy use, such as in sports, and requires no irrigation or trimming. Minnesota Aurora FC is an American women's soccer club based in Eagan, Minnesota that plays in the Heartland Division of the USL W League. The club began play in the league's inaugural 2022 season as a founding club. The club is community-owned by 3,080 individuals. The club plays its home games at TCO Stadium in Eagan, Minnesota, the same stadium the Minnesota Vikings use for practice. It was announced on June 8, 2021 by the United Soccer League with eight founding clubs. It follows the USL W-League, a similar league that existed from 1995 to 2015.
