Turki Meshawi Zayid Al-Assiri
Turki Mash Awi Zayid Al Asiri (March 8, 1975 – November 7, 2014) was a citizen of Saudi Arabia who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States's Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba. His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number was 185. Joint Task Force Guantanamo counter-terrorism analysts reports that Al Asiri was born on March 8, 1975, in Yaboq, Saudi Arabia. He was named on Saudi Arabian most wanted list on February 3, 2009. Asiri was the Emir of Al-Qaeda for Lahij Governorate. He was killed in Yemen by security forces on November 7, 2014. Pacha Khan Zadran ( ps, پاچا خان ځدراڼ) is a militia leader and a politician in the southeast of Afghanistan. He was an ex anti-Soviet-fighter militia leader who played a role in driving the Taliban from Paktia Province in the 2001 invasion, with American backing, and he subsequently assumed the governorship of the province. In 2002, he engaged in a violent conflict with rival tribal leaders in the province over the Governorship of the province, shelling Gardez City and obstructing two separate appointed governors sent by Hamid Karzai. Amanullah Khan Zadran is a citizen of Afghanistan who has held several prominent positions of power. Amanullah was a Taliban leader, who defected after the American invasion, and was appointed to cabinet as Minister of Tribal and Border Affairs by Afghan President Hamid Karzai in December 2001. Amanullah's older brother, Pacha Khan Zadran, whose forces had always resisted the Taliban, had been briefly appointed the Governor of Paktia in December 2001, had fought with other tribal militia leaders, had been replaced by a newly appointed governor, and had refused to willingly surrender power.
