"Truth (A Great Detective of Love)" is the 13th single by J-pop duo Two-Mix. Released on November 26, 1998, it was the duo's first single under Warner Music Japan, following their split from King Records. Composed by the duo of Shiina Nagano and Minami Takayama, the song was used as the opening theme of episodes 124–142 of the anime TV series ''Case Closed''. The single peaked at No. 3 on Oricon's weekly singles chart, becoming the duo's highest-charting single and final top-10 single. Two-Mix (temporarily known as II MIX⊿DELTA) is a Japanese pop duo formed in 1995 by Minami Takayama (vocals and composer) and Shiina Nagano (synthesizer, composer and lyricist). Their style is fast electronic pop. History They met in the early 1990s. Minami, already well-established as a voice actress, was in the indie band Re-X and met Shiina through a friend. Minami released a solo album in 1992, ''Endless Communication'' which Shiina contributed to. They formed a group together Es Connexion and released an album. In 1995 they formed Two-Mix. They have been featured in anime such as ''Gundam Wing'' and ''Detective Conan'' (in which the title character, Conan Edogawa, is voiced by Minami.) Jimmy Kudo
, known in some major English adaptations as Jimmy Kudo, is a fictional character and the main protagonist of the manga series ''Case Closed'', created by Gosho Aoyama. A high school detective, he is forced to ingest the lethal poison after an encounter with Gin and Vodka, agents of the mysterious Black Organization, while they were having a secret deal in an amusement park. Due to a rare side effect, the poison did not kill him. Instead, it shrinks him into a child and he adopts the pseudonym to hide from those who poisoned him. Reol (singer)
is a Japanese singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer. She began creating and releasing music onto Nico Nico Douga and YouTube in 2012, achieving recognition for writing and performing viral Vocaloid songs. is a Japanese singer, signed under the Being Inc. label. She is well known as a "Ryouseirui" (両声類?, lit. "both voice types"), being able to sing both "male" and "female" voice types.
