Southport Broadwater Parklands
The Southport Broadwater Parklands is a large community park located in Southport, Queensland, Southport. It is designed for large community gatherings and families. The park has many different areas for children and barbecue areas for families. The park went through a major redevelopment and was re-opened by the Premier of Queensland, Anna Bligh, on 23 August 2009. Southport Broadwater Parklands has become a popular family attraction. Alistair Edward Brownlee (born 23 April 1988) is an English former triathlete. He is the only athlete to hold two Olympic titles in the individual triathlon event, winning gold medals in the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. Tyler Smith (born 26 September 1998) is a Bermudan triathlete. Career He competed in the individual and mixed relay events in Nanjing at the 2014 Youth Olympics. In 2018, he finished second at the British Universities and Colleges Sport UCSTriathlon Standard Distance Championships in Southport. He was the youngest member of the Bermuda team at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia, and finished in 21st place. Tyler Butterfield
Tyler Barbour Butterfield (born February 12, 1983) is a Bermudian road cyclist and triathlete. He became Bermuda's first ever professional triathlete in 2002. He was voted Bermuda's male athlete of the year in 2006 and 2013. Butterfield was the youngest male competitor at the second Olympic triathlon at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
