Tokyo 28th District
is an electoral district of the House of Representatives (Japan), Japanese House of Representatives. The district was created as part of the 2022 reapportionment that added five new districts to Tokyo. Satoshi Takamatsu (politician), Satoshi Takamatsu, a former member of the Nerima ward assembly, became the first representative as a result of the 2024 Japanese general election, 2024 general election. Tokyo Proportional Representation Block
The Tōkyō proportional representation block (), or more formally the proportional representation tier , is one of eleven proportional representation (PR) "blocks", multi-member constituencies for the House of Representatives in the Diet of Japan. It consists solely of the prefecture of Tokyo making it one of two blocks covering only one prefecture, the other being Hokkaido. is a Japanese advertising entrepreneur, primarily active in the area of unconventional advertising campaigns.
