Cuói, known as Thổ, is a dialect cluster spoken by around 70,000 Thổ people The Thổ ethnic group (also Keo, Mon, Cuoi, Ho, Tay Poong) inhabits the mountainous regions of northern Vietnam, mainly Nghệ An Province southwest of Hanoi.
