The Ultra Zionists
''The Ultra Zionists'' is a British documentary that was televised on 3 February 2011. Louis Theroux investigates ultra-nationalist Jewish settlers in East Jerusalem, Hebron and Nablus. The documentary also follows Theroux as he tours the Muslim quarter of Jerusalem with Daniel Luria of the Ateret Cohanim Zionist Movement. In ''The Ultra Zionists'', Louis Theroux interviews a small group of ultra-nationalist Israelis at the border of advancing settlements in the West Bank. Louis Theroux
Louis Sebastian Theroux (; born 20 May 1970) is a British-American documentarian, journalist, broadcaster, and author. He has received two British Academy Television Awards and a Royal Television Society Television Award. After graduating from Magdalen College, Oxford, Theroux moved to the United States and worked as a journalist for '' Metro Silicon Valley'' and '' Spy''. Louis Theroux's BBC Two Specials
In these first special programmes (2003), Louis Theroux returned to American themes, working at feature-length, this time with a more serious tone than in his earlier ''Weird Weekends'' work. For example, ''Louis and the Brothel'' takes a sympathetic look at the sex workers working at a legal brothel in Nevada whereas '' Under the Knife'' takes a more critical look at the world of plastic surgery. Other programmes cover a wide variety of topics including law and disorder and Nazis. In March 2006, Theroux signed a deal with the BBC to produce ten films over the course of three years. In February 2009, a new contract came into force which guaranteed him another ten hour-long documentaries with the BBC. Ateret Cohanim ( he, עמותת עטרת כהנים ''lit.'', "Crown of the Priests"), also Ateret Yerushalayim, is an Israeli Jewish organization with a yeshiva located in the Muslim Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. It supports the creation of a Jewish majority in the Old City and in Arab neighborhoods in East Jerusalem. Notable alumni of the yeshiva include Rabbi Nissan Ben-Avraham and Rabbi Eyal Karim.
