''Jora: The Second Chapter'' is a 2020 Indian Punjabi-language film directed by Ambeedeep Singh Gill. A sequel to '' Jora 10 Numbaria'' (2017) it stars Deep Sidhu as the gangster Jora and follows his rise to political power. Singga, Japji Khaira, Mahie Gill, Dharmendra, Gugu Gill and Hobby Dhaliwal also star in the film. It was released theatrically on 6 March 2020. Amardeep Singh Gill (born 8 October 1968) is an Indian director, screenwriter, producer and lyricist associated with Punjabi cinema and Punjabi music. Early life Gill was born on 8 October 1968, to a Jatt-Sikh family in Bathinda, Punjab, but his native village is Gholia Kalan in the Moga district. He has a master's degree in Punjabi from Punjabi University. Deep Sidhu
Sandeep Singh Sidhu (2 April 1984 – 15 February 2022), also known as Deep Sidhu, was an Indian film actor and Sikh activist. He worked in Punjabi films, starting his acting career with the film ''Ramta Jogi'' produced by Dharmendra under his banner Vijayta Films.
