The Clash Season 1
The first season of the Philippine television reality competition show, ''The Clash'' was broadcast by GMA Network. Hosted by Regine Velasquez, Andre Paras and Joyce Pring, it premiered on July 7, 2018 on the network's Sabado Star Power sa Gabi and Sunday Grande sa Gabi line up replacing ''Celebrity Bluff'' and ''Lip Sync Battle Philippines'' in their respective timeslots. The judges are composed of Ai-Ai delas Alas, Christian Bautista and Lani Misalucha. Raul Mitra served as the musical director. The season concluded on September 30, 2018 with a total of 26 episodes. Golden Cañedo was declared as the winner. It was replaced by ''Daddy's Gurl'' and ''Studio 7'' in its timeslots. Lamberto de Leon (May 28, 1947 – November 21, 2021) was a Filipino television director. De Leon was known for directing some of the longest-running shows in the Philippines, ''Eat Bulaga!'', ''Bubble Gang'' and ''Pepito Manaloto''. Career Directorial De Leon is known for directing various television series for GMA Network such as ''Bubble Gang'', ''Pepito Manaloto'', ''Eat Bulaga!'', ''Anna Karenina'', ''T.G.I.S.'' and ''Okay Ka, Fairy Ko!''. Vehnee Saturno
Venancio Saturno (born April 1, 1954), better known as Vehnee Saturno, is a Filipino composer, songwriter and record producer. He found success in 1982 by winning first place at the Metro Manila Popular Music Festival for the song "Isang Dakot". Early life Saturno was born in Iloilo City on April 1, 1954, to a carpenter and a housewife who struggled together with his nine siblings with poverty which inspired him to write songs. His dream was to be a journalist, but due to his family's financial situation he was not able to finish his studies. He trained at the Philippine Air Force after high school and eventually did odd jobs including working as a photocopy machine operator.
