The Apples in Stereo are an American indie rock band associated with The Elephant 6 Recording Company, Elephant 6 Collective. The band is largely the project of lead vocalist/guitarist/producer Robert Schneider, who writes the majority of the band's music and lyrics. Currently, the Apples in Stereo also includes longstanding members John Hill (musician), John Hill (rhythm guitar) and Eric Allen (musician), Eric Allen (bass), as well as more recent members John Dufilho (drums), John Ferguson (musician), John Ferguson (keyboards), and Ben Phelan (keyboards/guitar/trumpet). Primavera Sound Festival
Primavera Sound (commonly referred to as Primavera) is an annual music festival held at the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona, Spain, during late May and early June. It was founded in 2001 by Pablo Soler as "a showcase for Spanish noise bands", originally held at the Poble Espanyol before moving to the Parc del Fòrum, a much larger site on the seafront, in 2005. It is one of the largest and most-attended music festivals in Europe and the biggest in the Mediterranean. Hilarie Sidney
Hilarie Sidney is an American musician best known as the longtime drummer for The Apples in Stereo. She was previously married to Robert Schneider, the band's frontman and Elephant 6 co-founder. Their divorce was announced in 2004. She was half of the now-defunct Elephant 6 duo Secret Square and, with her now-husband The Onion A.V. Club Per Ole Bratset, she is a major creative talent behind The High Water Marks. Pavement (band)
Pavement is an American indie rock band that formed in Stockton, California, in 1989. For most of their career, the group consisted of Stephen Malkmus (vocals and guitar), Scott Kannberg (guitar and vocals), Mark Ibold (bass), Steve West (drums), and Bob Nastanovich (percussion, synthesizers and vocals). Electric Light Orchestra

The Elephant 6 Recording Company is a loosely defined musical collective from the United States. Bill Doss
Bill Doss (September 12, 1968 – July 30, 2012) was an American rock musician. He co-founded The Elephant 6 Recording Company in Athens, Georgia, and was a key member of the Olivia Tremor Control. Following the band's breakup, he led the Sunshine Fix and later became a member of the Apples in Stereo. Doss was married to freelance photographer Amy Hairston Doss, whom he met while both were attending Louisiana Tech University. Early career Doss was born on September 12, 1968. Chris McDuffie is an American musician. A keyboardist, he performed with the Elephant 6 band The Minders and appeared on their 1996 debut EP ''Come On and Hear''.
