''Thanha Rathi Ranga (Between Yesterday and Tomorrow)'' ( si, තණ්හා රතී රඟා) is a 2014 Sri Lankan Sinhala drama thriller film directed by Nilendra Deshapriya, in his directorial debut, and produced by Sunil T. Fernando for Sunil T. Films. It was written by Sarath Kothalawala and Kumara Thirimadura and features themselves in lead roles with Namal Jayasinghe. The film also supported by many veteran artists like Swarna Mallawarachchi, Anoja Weerasinghe, Neeta Fernando and Kamal Addararachchi. It is the 1113rd Sri Lankan film in the Cinema of Sri Lanka, Sinhala cinema. The film was an official entry at the Julien Dubuque International Film Festival in the United States. Sarath Kothalawala
Sarath Kothalawala ( :si:සරත් කොතලාවල) inhala is an actor, director, producer and a screenplay writer in Sri Lankan cinema. He, along with Kumara Thirimadura, won the Award for the Best Screenplay at Derana Lux Film Awards in 2014 for '' Thanha Rathi Ranga'' movie. Personal life His father was a businessman and mother worked as a rubber collector in a rubber estate. Julien Dubuque
Julien Dubuque (January 1762 – 24 March 1810) was a Canadian of Norman origin from the area of Champlain, Quebec who arrived near what now is known as Dubuque, Iowa, which was named after him. He was one of the first European men to settle in the area. He initially received permission from the Mesquakie Indian tribe to mine the lead in 1788, which was confirmed by the Spanish, who gave him a land grant in 1796. Once he had received permission from the Meskwaki to mine lead, Dubuque remained in the area for the rest of his life. He befriended the local Meskwaki chief Peosta – for whom the nearby town of Peosta, Iowa is named. It is widely believed that Dubuque married Peosta's daughter, named Potosa. The marriage is disputed. Those who back the marriage claim point to letters that mention a Madame Dubuque as meaning Dubuque's wife. He is an actor, singer, filmmaker and journalist by profession. He is considered one of five actors who have dominated the Sri Lankan Stage by critics.
