Terry Harrison (ice Hockey)
Terry Harrison (born June 1, 1978) is a Canadian former ice hockey right winger. Early life Harrison was born in Winnipeg. He played junior hockey in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League for the Portage Terriers before spending four seasons with the Northern Michigan Wildcats men's ice hockey team. Career In 2003, Harrison signed with the Columbia Inferno of the East Coast Hockey League. A year later, he moved to the Rockford IceHogs of the United Hockey League, during which he was called up by the American Hockey League's Milwaukee Admirals where he played nine games. In 2005, Harrison signed for KalPa of Finland's SM-liiga, but played just nine games before being released. He finished the 2005-06 season in Denmark with the Odense Bulldogs. He returned to the ECHL the following year with the Long Beach Ice Dogs before moving back to Europe to spend the next two seasons in Italy for SHC Fassa and in France for Bisons de Neuilly-sur-Marne. Terry Harrison (industrialist)
Sir Terence Harrison (April 1933 â 21 June 2019) was an industrialist from the northeast of England who was Chief Executive of Rolls-Royce Holdings plc. Career Harrison was born in Wingate, County Durham, the son of a miner and a shop assistant. After attending the local grammar school he undertook an apprenticeship with Richardsons Westgarth & Company before graduating with a mechanical engineering degree from Durham University in 1955. Following national service with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, he joined Clarke Chapman as an engineering graduate and became managing director in 1969. He went on to be Chief Executive of Northern Engineering Industries from 1983 to 1986 and then Chairman of Northern Engineering Industries from 1986 to 1989. After Northern Engineering Industries was acquired by Rolls-Royce Holdings, he served as chief executive of that company as well from 1992 to 1996. Harrison was knighted in January 1996. ''Prisoner'' (known in the UK and the US as ''Prisoner: Cell Block H'') is an Australian television soap opera, which broadcast on Network Ten (originally The 0-10 Network) from February 27 (Melbourne) February 26 (Sydney) 1979 to December 1986 (Melbourne), though the series finale would not screen until September 1987 in Sydney, where it aired as a 3-hour film that was split into three 1-hour episodes at the much-later time-slot of 10.30pm, running eight seasons and 692 episodes. ''Prisoner'' was the first Australian series to feature a primarily female-dominated cast and carried the slogan "If you think prison is hell for a man, imagine what it would be like for woman!"
