The Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support (TCR and SS or TCR) ( Ukrainian: Територіальний центр комплектування та соціальної підтримки, ТЦК та СП or ТЦК) is Ukraine's military administration body that keeps and mobilizes the population. A human rights defender or human rights activist is a person who, individually or with others, acts to promote or protect human rights.
