Tank (Taiwanese Singer)
Lü Jianzhong ( zh, t=呂建中; born 6 February 1982), better known by his stage name Tank, is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter. He is currently signed to HIM International Music. His debut album, ''Fighting'' (; ''Fighting, The Law of Surviving'') was released on 23 February 2006. His latest album, ''The 3rd Round'', was released on 31 May 2009. Biography Lü was born in Taitung, Taiwan. He is a native Taiwanese: his father is from the Ami people, while his mother is Puyuma. Tank married his girlfriend of two years, MerMer, on 28 September 2012. The wedding was originally planned for the end of 2011 but was postponed due to the unexpected arrival of their daughter, Hua Hua, who was born in May 2012. Tank also suffers from congenital heart disease. He suffered a heart attack on 26 December 2007, and his sister died from a sudden heart attack in December 2006, and his aunt died also from a heart attack several months later. Lü () is the pinyin (Lǚ with the Tone (linguistics), tone diacritic) and Wade–Giles romanisation of a Chinese surname, most commonly (Simplified Chinese characters, simplified Chinese) and (Traditional Chinese characters, traditional Chinese). Romanization Lü is the standard pinyin spelling of the Chinese character 吕/呂. However, when input of the Umlaut (diacritic), umlaut is not possible, the surname is commonly romanized as Lu or Lv (v being the pinyin input shorthand for ü). ''Seven Swordsmen'' is a 2006 Chinese television series directed by Clarence Fok and produced by Tsui Hark. The series is loosely adapted from Liang Yusheng's ''wuxia'' novels '' Qijian Xia Tianshan'' and '' Saiwai Qixia Zhuan''.
