Tales Of The Unusual
is a 2000 Cinema of Japan, Japanese horror film, horror anthology film directed by Mamoru Hoshi, Masayuki Ochiai (film director), Masayuki Ochiai, Hisao Ogura and Masayuki Suzuki. Each story is of a different genre - "One Snowy Night" (horror), "Samurai Cellular" (comedy-drama), "Chess" (thriller) and "The Marriage Simulator" (romance-drama). Masayuki Ochiai (film Director)
is a Japanese film director. His films include ''Infection (2004 film), Kansen'' and ''Saimin (film), Saimin''. Biography Masayuki Ochiai was born in 1958. Ochiai grew up in the Western Tokyo suburb of Setagaya, where the studios for Toho, Nikkatsu and Daiei Film were located. He recalled watching fantasy televisions shows, including American shows such as ''The Twilight Zone'' and ''The Outer Limits (1963 TV series), The Outer Limits'' as well as Japanese shows such as ''Ultra Q''. Ochiai stated that the shows influenced in "not so much in style, but in how they got me excited. Kazuyuki Aijima
is a Japanese stage and film actor, and one of the original Tokyo Sunshine Boys, a theatrical troupe that lasted from 1983 to about 1994. He is currently seen in television dramas and onstage in Japan. Biography Aijima Kazuyuki was born November 30, 1961, in Saitama, Japan. He joined Mitani Koki's Tokyo Sunshine Boys theatrical troupe in 1983, which grew in popularity until its movie debut with the parody of Reginald Rose's '' 12 Angry Men'', a comedy called '' 12 Gentle Japanese'' released in 1991. Aijima was one of the few Tokyo Sunshine Boys to pass the movie auditions to star in their own film - in fact he stole the lead. Most of them never made it into the film. Ren Osugi
, born was a Japanese actor. For his work in ''Cure'', '' Hana-bi'' and other films, Osugi was given the Best Supporting Actor award at the 1999 Yokohama Film Festival. He often worked alongside Takeshi Kitano and Susumu Terajima. Akira Takarada
was a Japanese film actor best known for his roles in the ''Godzilla'' film series. Life and career Akira Takarada was born in Korea under Japanese rule, and lived for a time in Manchuria, China. His father worked as an engineer on the South Manchuria Railway. After the war, he remained in Harbin, and he was able to speak Mandarin Chinese and English.
