Sylvester Sim (; born January 19, 1983) is a Singaporean singer. Background Sim contested in the first ''Singapore Idol'' talent contest in 2004 was placed second place behind Taufik Batisah. He is also known as Sly. He used to be part of the J-rock band L'zefier. Sim v Lim (scheduled muay thai fight) On 31 July 2017, it was announced that Sim will be fighting prominent local celebrity Steven Lim in a muay thai "celebrity bout". The fight was supposed to be held on 23 September 2017 at the inaugural Asia Fighting Championship event in Singapore. However, one day before the actual fight, Sim reportedly dropped out of the fight due to "insufficient insurance coverage provided by the organisers and restrictions on increased coverage as stipulated by the insurance companies." Delta Dreamflight
Delta Dreamflight, renamed Dreamflight and then Take Flight during its final two years of operation, was an attraction located in Tomorrowland at the Magic Kingdom inside the Walt Disney World Resort, and was sponsored by Delta Air Lines. Dreamflight replaced an attraction called If You Could Fly (originally If You Had Wings), sponsored by Eastern Air Lines. Overview Dreamflight used the same basic Omnimover ride system that other Disney rides utilize today. It was a dark ride that showcased the history of flight using simplistic sets, some Audio-Animatronics and projection effects. Riders passed through scenes of barnstormers, an M-130, Tokyo and Paris in the 1930s, the jet age, and the future of air travel, and appeared to enter a working jet engine. ''Shatter Me'' is the second studio album by American violinist and solo artist Lindsey Stirling. It is Stirling's first album to include collaborations with other vocalists, featuring Lzzy Hale and Dia Frampton, and Stirling has said its musical style is more progressive than her first album. The album was released on iTunes on April 25, 2014 in most of the world, on April 29, 2014 in the United States, and on May 2 in Germany. The first single, " Beyond the Veil", was released on March 24, peaking at number 22 on ''Billboard'' Dance and Electronic Digital Songs. The video was posted the following day. The second single, " Shatter Me", was released on April 23, accumulating 1.3 million views after one day on YouTube. The album reached number two on the ''Billboard'' 200, making it Stirling's biggest week of her career in terms of sales, while peaking on three other ''Billboard'' charts.
