The WTC Cortlandt station (signed as World Trade Center on walls and historically known as Cortlandt Street and Cortlandt Street–World Trade Center) is a metro station, station on the IRT Broadway–Seventh Avenue Line of the New York City Subway in the Financial District, Manhattan, Financial District of Manhattan. The station is located under the intersection of Greenwich Street and Cortlandt Street (Manhattan), Cortlandt Way within the World Trade Center (2001–present), World Trade Center. It is served by the 1 (New York City Subway service), 1 train at all times. World Trade Center Station (PATH)
The World Trade Center station is a terminal station on the PATH system, within the World Trade Center complex in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. It is served by the Newark–World Trade Center line at all times, as well as by the Hoboken–World Trade Center line on weekdays, and is the eastern terminus of both. The World Trade Center station is near the site of the Hudson and Manhattan Railroad's (H&M) Hudson Terminal, which opened in 1909. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey bought the bankrupt H&M system in 1961, rebranded it as PATH, and redeveloped Hudson Terminal as part of the World Trade Center. The World Trade Center station opened on July 6, 1971, as a replacement for Hudson Terminal, which was closed and demolished as part of the construction of the World Trade Center. World Trade Center Station (MBTA)
World Trade Center station is an underground bus rapid transit station on the MBTA's Silver Line, located south of Congress Street on the South Boston Waterfront. The station is situated between the World Trade Center and the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center; it also serves Commonwealth Pier and nearby residential and commercial development. Like all Silver Line stations, World Trade Center station is accessible. History World Trade Center station was designed by G plus G Architects. Its mezzanine level is intended to resemble an underwater environment with a blue-lit wavy ceiling and sand-colored stone tiles with mica flecks. Lenticular art designed by Marybeth Mungovan Lensel and Jason Asselin is installed on the lobby level of the station.
