TPC At River's Bend
TPC River's Bend is a private golf club located in Maineville, Ohio about 25 miles northeast of Cincinnati. The Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course opened in 2001, and is a licensed member of the Tournament Players Club Network. It is owned by Dallas-based Arcis Golf, which purchased the facility from the PGA Tour in December 2022; it is one of nearly 70 Arcis-owned courses in the U.S. The par-72, 7,180-yard course meanders through corridors of mature hardwoods, creeks, and waterfalls, and features gentle elevation changes. Water comes into play on six holes. The course also has a 12-acre PGA Tour-caliber practice facility, which includes multiple tees as well as a short-game practice area for chipping and putting. PGA Tour
The PGA Tour (stylized as PGA TOUR by its officials) is the organizer of professional golf tours in North America. It organizes most of the events on the flagship annual series of tournaments also known as the PGA Tour, the PGA Tour Champions (age 50 and older), the Korn Ferry Tour (for professional players who have not yet qualified to play on the PGA Tour), and PGA Tour Americas. The PGA Tour is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, a suburb southeast of Jacksonville. Originally established by the Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA of America), it was spun off in December 1968 into a separate organization for tour players, as opposed to club professionals, the focal members of today's PGA of America. The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) is an American organization for female golfers. The organization is headquartered at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Florida, and is best known for running the LPGA Tour, a series of weekly golf tournaments for elite women professional golfers from around the world. Organization and history Other "LPGAs" exist in other countries, each with a geographical designation in its name, but the U.S. organization is the first, largest, and most prestigious. The LPGA is also an organization for female club and teaching professionals.
