The Svetlyak class, Russian designation Project 10410 ''Svetlyak'', is a class of patrol boats designed and built in the Soviet Union and later in Russia, and currently being used primarily by the Russian Navy and Russian Coast Guard. Design The patrol boats of the class are designed to carry out a variety of missions, from patrol missions to prevent violations of maritime state border, to protect friendly vessels and facilities from enemy surface and air attacks. ''Triglav'' is a operated by the 430th Naval Section of the Slovenian Armed Forces. The Slovenian Navy, officially the 430th Naval Division (also 430th Naval Section) is not a separate service, but an integral part of the Slovenian Armed Forces. The Zvezda Kh-35 (, NATO reporting name AS-20 'Kayak') is a Soviet turbojet subsonic cruise anti-ship missile. The missile can be launched from helicopters, surface ships and coastal defence batteries with the help of a rocket booster, in which case it is known as ''Uran'' ('Uranus', NATO reporting name SS-N-25 'Switchblade', GRAU 3M24) or ''Bal'' ( NATO reporting name SSC-6 'Sennight', GRAU 3K60). The Soviet Border Troops () were the border guard of the Soviet Union, subordinated to the Soviet state security agency: first to the ''Cheka''/State Political Directorate, OGPU, then to NKVD/Ministry for State Security (USSR), MGB and, finally, to the KGB.
